During Personal Training, the main focus is to provide coaching and guidance at every level and every phase of a person’s life in order to help take the next step in health and physical activity while working towards a specific goal or end state.
Depending on your level and needs you can choose open group sessions (check our timetable here), online coaching like monthly training schedules or a Running Plan, 1ON1 personal training or in small groups (max. 6p).

Interested in our group sessions?
Full Body Training: These workouts include strength training with the possibility of a conditioning stimulus. During this session you will work on your overall strength and major muscle groups, body control and coordination are also covered. Weights and exercises are adapted to your level. Our coaches attach great importance to individual feedback, this is no different in group.
Stability & Prevention is a group session focusing on posture, control and stability of your body. Exercises focus on abdominal, back and gluteal muscles. Balance, coordination and mobility are trained in different postures and planes. This session is suitable for advanced athletes as well as beginners.
