What Personal Training guidance do we offer?

During Personal Training, the main focus is to provide coaching and guidance at every level and every phase of a person’s life in order to help take the next step in health and physical activity while working towards a specific goal or end state.

Depending on your level and needs you can choose open group sessions (check our timetable here), online coaching like monthly training schedules or a GRIT Running Plan in pdf with video-support, personal training 1ON1, 1ON2, 1ON3 or in small groups (max. 6p).

Full Body Training 

These trainings focus on strength training for the entire body with a balanced mix of exercises for all major muscle groups. You work systematically over a long period on your general strength-endurance, maximum strength, power, and explosive strength. Body control and coordination are central to this. The weights and exercises are adapted to your level. Our coaches attach great importance to individual feedback, this is no different in group.

Stability & Prevention

This group session emphasizes posture, control, and stability. The exercises focus on the abdominal, back, and gluteal muscles. We train balance, coordination, and mobility in various positions and movement planes. Sport-specific rehabilitation exercises are covered in various forms, helping you work preventively against injuries. This session is suitable for both advanced athletes and beginners.

Fitness Training for 50+

Stay strong, energetic, and healthy with specialized fitness training for improving muscle strength, mobility, and bone density. This session is ideal for those over 50 who want to work on their fitness and well-being in a safe and effective way. The training is fully adapted to your level, allowing you to train with confidence. With functional strength exercises, balance training, and light cardio, this workout focuses on maintaining muscle mass, preventing muscle loss, and strengthening bone density. This reduces the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Additionally, the training improves your balance and coordination, which reduces the risk of falling. The ideal group session for more energy, mobility, and strength for an active and independent lifestyle.

Running Interval Training

Join our running community and add a weekly interval training to your running schedule. Tempos are individual while still experiencing the benefits of training in a group setting. You can find the specifics and location when you reserve your spot in our online group session planner. Interval training is a powerful method to improve your running speed and endurance. This training increases your muscle efficiency, improves your oxygen uptake, and strengthens your mental resilience. Moreover, during this running training, we work on your running technique and improve your running economy, an essential element for anyone who wants to run faster and more efficiently.

Strength Interval Training

Take your strength and endurance to the next level with this HIIT, an intensive group class combining strength training and interval training. You can expect a dynamic mix of explosive strength exercises, functional movements, and conditional intervals that help you become stronger, faster, and fitter. This workout offers a challenging combination of weights, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity sets. This trains both muscle development and cardiovascular fitness. The training is suitable for all fitness levels, as you determine the intensity yourself.

Boxing Gym Session

Improve your strength, endurance, and explosiveness in this dynamic group class that combines boxing training with conditioning. During this high-intensity workout, you'll work on your cardio, speed, and coordination while releasing all your energy. This session is perfect for both beginners and advanced participants who want to sweat, punch, and get stronger!
